Our formulas can be used either for restorative purposes or for tonification purposes. Restorative purposes is applied when one has symptoms, or has been dealing with a dysregulation for a long time, using the restorative protocol would be helpful. On the other hand, you can use our formulas for tonification purposes, which would help to tonify your system, prevent imbalances and bring greater health. Restorative recommended usage should not be used for more than 3 months in a row. Restorative: Formula is used (3) three times a day for 10 days, or (3) times a day for 30 day intensive healing protocol, when symptoms are present, to restore the body back to health and harmony. When we need a more profound healing experience for long standing imbalances, a 30 day intensive healing is recommended. This can be repeated upto (3) three months, at which time a rest is recommended. If you do not feel your health is improved in 30 days, discontinue the use and contact your health practitioner or book a personal herbal healing consultation with Dr. Leonor Murciano-Luna.

Tonification: Formula is used (1) one time a day ongoing, to tonify our body, mind, soul and create health and healing. After three months of daily usage, it is advised to take a (10) day break.
