Refund and Returns Policy

If your product are damaged, have missing items or you have received the wrong product, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. You have 3 business days to inform us of a damaged, missing items, or wrong items delivered from the date you received it.

Exchanges and Refunds for items require the following:

  1. Reported to us within 3 business days of your receipt of items via email [email protected]
  2. Receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Pictures of any damage emailed within 3 days of receipt @ MothersHiveMedicinals.com
  4. Product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  5. Item must be returned to us within 15 of the purchase date.
  6. We need full receipt of damaged product.

To complete your return or exchange, please take pictures of any damage. Images of the box and the broken item will help us with shipping claims and to keep track of damage.

Email us at [email protected] within 3 business days of receipt of package with request for exchange or refund, plus the pictures of damage.

You will then receive an approval from us, and the location for the products to be returned to. Shipping costs of the original product is non- refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your exchange or refund will be processed, and another exact product will be sent to you, or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of your exchange product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

We are not able to provide return shipping costs at this time, if you ship via USPS to the return address you can opt for the lowest rates from your own city. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
